Semi Wordless Wednesday!

How cute are little stuffed birds?

I knew when I seen this pattern over at Lollichops that I had to make a few! You can download her Wendy the Bird pattern here if you'd like to make one of these dahlings, too.

I'm not very good at stitching things by hand (as you can see by the picture-lol), but they're for my two-year old niece and I don't think she'll mind all the imperfections or the flowered buttons I used for the eyes. =)

If you participate in WW, don't forget to add your blog @ 5 Minutes for Mom!

Happy WW!

  3. I am *so* lousy with a needle and thread. The needle would likely end up through my finger...but, those are the cutest little things! I love the fabric you chose - so cheery! Perfect for a two year old little girl.

Your blog is great. I found you through Jen at our daily big top.

  6. Those turned out great. I always love seeing the sewing crafts but never attempt them. Can't sew. Your niece is going to love them. PS: Those would also a great shower gift/cute baby mobile.

  7. Cute little birds! I'm a bit crafty, but not so much at sewing, but I think I could make those if I tried. Good job!
